
Returns, Warranties and General Policies
We
want all customers to be happy with their selections. Any
customers making returns must obtain return authorization
(e-mail or call 1-800-422-1525)
from us prior to shipment. Returns should be made to our warehouse
address above unless otherwise directed by a return specialist.
Our policies are as follows:

Warranty:
We guarantee the product you order to be free of material
and workmanship defects for up to 1 year (unless stated
otherwise on the product’s web page) after the purchase
date and to be received free of shipping damage. We must
be notified within 30 days of product failure or within
10 days in the case of shipping damage in order to make
a claim. After 30 days, any defects will be covered under
the manufacturer's warranty. Any attempt to repair a defective
item without authorization may void this warranty.

Returns and corrections of custom
items: We guarantee (such as address markers)
custom items to be created as ordered, i.e. spelled correctly
and finished in the ordered colors. We will accept exchanges
with authorization on defective custom products and rush
a replacement to you. We must be notified of the defect
within 30 days of delivery. We have done thousands of
plaques and work hard to ensure every customer is happy!
Any
cancellation requests for plaque orders must be received
within 24 hours from the time your plaque order is placed.
No refunds can be given if a cancellation request is received
after 24 hours from the time a plaque order is placed
because this is a custom item and cannot be reused by
our company.

Return of non-custom
products (such as sundials): There is no restocking fee on returns for whatever
reason! We accept returns within 30 days from the date
of purchase as long as the item is in 'as new' condition.
We want you to be happy with your purchase for years to
come! A return authorization must be obtained (e-mail or call 1-800-422-1525)
and you will be responsible for any shipping charges on
non-defective returns. You will be credited for the
product cost and any taxes. We cannot refund shipping
and handling on non-defective returns.

All
returns will typically be processed within 10 days of
receipt. It may take additional time for any refunds to
appear on billing statements. You will be notified by
e-mail when your return has been processed.
Out of Stock / Backorder
OutdoorDecor
Stores make every effort to get your order to you as soon
as possible. Normally, all orders ship within the time stated
for that product. However, occasionally there are production
problems or an item is backordered without our prior knowledge.
If this occurs, we will email you within one business day
of detecting a problem. If this occurs, you will
have the option to wait for the product if it will be back
in stock, substitute the item for a similar item, or request
a full refund.

in pricing, weights, images, etc. In such cases, we retain
the right to correct or cancel transactions that were based on this
flawed information once discovered. We would typically contact
the customer and with their written consent, continue the
normal course of order processing and fulfillment, otherwise
cancel the transaction. This applies to all media content
on the site. We further reserve the right to refuse service to
anyone at anytime.
