1.How should I care for my stainless steel globe?

Stainless steel balls should be cleaned with a mild vinegar and water solution (like a window). To remove scratches, you can use automobile scratch remover.

2. Can the glass gazing globes be left outside during the winter?

It is recommended that glass globes be brought in for extreme winter weather. We cannot be responsible for any problems that occur if you choose to leave it out.

3. What size is a "typical" gazing globe?

We sell more 12" than any other size gazing globe.

4. Do you have globes without a stem?

Yes, the stainless steel globes. They are shatterproof and non-tarnishing. They also float and look great in ponds!

5. Do you make your own globes?

No, we do not. We are a retail company and not a manufacturer.

6. Can I buy just a globe stand?

Yes, but we cannot be responsible for your scratching or breaking your globe if you

have trouble securing it.

7. What happens if an item is received in damaged condition?

When you call us to report the problem we will take care of it immediately.

8. Are all gazing globes sold with stands?

We have a category listed on our site where these can be purchased as a set. Only in this category will they be sold as sets. Otherwise, all globes and stands are sold separately.

9. Are all gazing globes the same in color?

No, they are not. Gazing globes are a work of art. Each one is made individually and slight variations of color are normal. An occasional line, bubble, or pinhole may be visible which is a characteristic and adds to the uniqueness.

10. Are the glass globes shatterproof?

No, they are not. They can break easily.
